Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and handle your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. We batch our packing days to reduce our environmental impact, so orders placed over the weekend are typically dispatched on Monday or Tuesday.

During busy periods — such as seasonal launches or the holiday season — processing may take up to 3 business days. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): From $4.95 — Free on orders over $40
  • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days): From $8.95
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): From $16.95

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Canada: 7–14 business days from $12.95
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days from $16.95
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–21 business days from $18.95

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Packaging

Every order is packed with love and with the planet in mind. Your soaps are wrapped in unbleached kraft paper, placed in a recycled cardboard box, and cushioned with shredded paper fill. There is no plastic in any of our packaging. Everything is either recyclable, compostable, or home-compostable.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our soaps are a personal care product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bars. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right — either with a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.

Unopened bars in their original wrapping may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please reach out to us. While we can't control delays caused by the postal service, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation and make sure you get your order.
