Yes, in most cases. Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients and are free from synthetic fragrances, harsh detergents, and chemical preservatives — all common skin irritants. Our Oatmeal Milk & Honey bar is specifically formulated for sensitive and dry skin. That said, everyone's skin is different. If you have a known allergy to any of our listed ingredients, please check the full ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.

With proper care, each bar typically lasts 4–6 weeks with daily use. To make your bar last longer, always allow it to dry between uses — a wooden soap dish or slatted drainer works best. Avoid leaving the bar sitting in pooled water, as this will cause it to dissolve faster. Properly stored bars also have a shelf life of around 12–18 months before use.

Most of our bars are vegan, but not all of them. Our Hibiscus & Honey, Oatmeal Milk & Honey, and Sandalwood & Amber bars contain honey, goat milk, or beeswax — all animal-derived ingredients. Our Lemon & Verbena bar is fully vegan. We clearly list all ingredients on each product page so you can choose with confidence.

All genuine soap — by definition — is made with lye. However, through the cold-process saponification reaction, lye is completely consumed and transformed during the curing process. There is no lye remaining in any finished bar. Our soaps cure for a minimum of four weeks before we sell them, ensuring they are mild, gentle, and fully saponified.

Yes! Our soaps are gentle enough for facial use, and many of our customers use them as their primary facial cleanser. We'd especially recommend the Hibiscus & Honey bar (brightening and softening) and the Oatmeal Milk & Honey bar (soothing and nourishing) for facial use. As with any new skincare product, we recommend patch testing first.

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes if your order hasn't been packed yet. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel it, but we'll always do our best to help.

We're so sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A linen drawer or wooden box is ideal. Avoid storing bars in humid environments before use, as moisture will cause them to soften prematurely. A well-draining soap dish in the shower will help your bars last as long as possible during use.

Our soaps are made with natural ingredients and are generally very gentle. However, some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy (particularly in the first trimester). We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you're pregnant and unsure about any of the essential oils listed in our ingredients. Our Oatmeal Milk & Honey bar uses the most gentle, minimal scent profile and is generally considered the safest option.
